Idk where you live, but here in Colorado there are plenty of options at every restaurant, even if it means sticking to veggies, as said by the other poster. I’m not keto (tried it when I ate animal products and did not like results at all), and I realize it would be much more difficult to do that along with veg and gluten-free. If you’re traveling, you can bring lots of snacks with you if need be, like nuts, olives, avocados, etc. Hope that helps!
