It got me thinking if a vegan keto was possible and how it works. I watch a Youtuber who does keto and her sister did vegan keto but stopped. Also, I’m a college student living in an apartment and animal products aren’t very cheap these days (other than eggs, but vegan keto would make me eliminate those).
