1 Cup Black Beans or Pinto Beans

1 cup Mushrooms (chopped)

1 Serving Green Beans

1/2 Red Bell Pepper

1 Serving of Broccoli

Chop some Onion to your desire Use Mrs. Dash Onion and herb seasoning
