I looked at the nutrition information for the sauce and saw something that’s puzzled me on a number of labels. under the Carbohydrates section of the label, it states there are 6 grams of carbs per serving. It breaks Total Carbohydrate down by stating that 1 gram is dietary fiber and 3 grams per serving are sugars. That makes 4 grams of carbohydrate. There are 6 grams total per serving. Where/what are the other two grams of carbohydrate?
