My first batch was good, but not really on point with your receipe – I had only 2-10oz bags of shredded cabbage (that I would usually fry) and used 2 bouillon cubes and shitake and portobello mushrooms. I just had it for lunch and will probably have it for dinner. I just feel like I need to add some “green” although the cabbage is already there. Thank you for this recipe. It will definitely be my go-to.
