I’m weary on our food industry and dairy in particulary, so just eating a ton of bacon, cheese, and sour cream is really not what I’m in to.   12. When I do this in the Instant Pot, I use the browning function before pressure cooking the soup so the meat is mostly cooked when it goes into the pot. You can definitely shave off pressure time without compromising the cook of the meat.
