  1. No. If you want to get and stay in ketosis, you need to stick to the plan. It can take over a week to get back into ketosis after a sugar slip.

  4. My suggestion is to start with the lowest carb/sugar fruits and see how your respond. If you start gaining weight or notice that you are craving sweets again, simply cut back and try something else.
    You’re supposed to avoid all grains, legumes, pulses, root vegetables, fruit except berries, and of course, sugar. Like I said, it’s pretty freakin’ extreme.
