    Given all these issues, what do you do ? 
    Cramping is incredibly painful, making it hard to sleep. I pick up an electrolyte blend trying to fix the salts in my body. I’m a little concerned about not eating for two days and force myself to eat a hard boiled egg, which makes me feel nauseous. Not much snacking happens.
