    More than a leaflet as another reviewer stated, but definitely expensive for a booklet. If you don’t feel like doing any other research on your own or buying any other books, this is worth it because it is a synopsis of what you need to do. The author is not vegan and it would have been nice if he removed words like lard and ghee from the recipes. Also you will have to compute the nutritional information yourself, which is easy enough but for $20 (18.99 plus tax) again, it would have been nice if that info had been included. Absolutely appreciated the supplement section.

    In order to get into ketosis and remain there, limit your net carb intake to 20 grams per day. This means you’ll need to avoid many popular vegetarian protein sources, such as quinoa, buckwheat, legumes, and pulses. These foods are simply too high in carbs to be included on a ketogenic lifestyle. Also be sure to steer clear of milk and low fat dairy products, starchy vegetables, and fruits, other than perhaps a few berries.
