Is this a high or low calorie diet plan he’s sticking to? Trying to see which works best to gain butt and still loose weight, but not the fat from back there :). Thanks

Mark Paghi August 7, 2017 at 11:57 pm For set two, increase the weight 5-10% and perform as many reps as possible. Add another 5-10% for set three. When you are able to perform 15 or more reps for set one, add weight to each of the sets.
