  3. Hey Gary, Unfortunately beer is one of the worst alcohols you can drink in terms of health. Although I would not recommend the beer, following a ketogenic diet may help with weight loss. I would recommend replenishing probiotics and liver support to help with negative effects from the beer.

If you are an athlete, then CKD is great for you because it will give you the amount of energy needed to sustain your training. Below is a good CKD diet plan to start with:
