I suggest you use MFP and put the recipe in there with your own ingredients and weigh your chicken in grams and see what you get. And of course, you might decide you can get more servings out of this meal as well. If you put it over cauliflower rice, it’ll be even more filling!

With all that salad and cabbage and kale, my jaw was TIRED and I felt like I was missing warm food, comfort food. This recipe hits the spot. When my kids have their crock pot full of winter soup (our daily winter lunch), I can make this low-carb option for myself and my husband. Delicious! Alternatively, you can add the cream cheese once the chicken is cooked and you take it out of the pot to shred it, but you’ll need to leave the pot on “saute” and cook (stirring frequently) until the cream cheese mixture is melted into the sauce. (You may also need to add a splash more liquid if done this way.) If you try it this way, let us know how it goes!
