Profile Chicken Fried Pork Chops Natalie says Debbie, Congrats on your weight loss, that’s awesome! We haven’t tried this recipe with bone-in chicken thighs, but if you want to use them to make this recipe we recommend cooking the thighs in the oven and then pulling the meat off the bone, shredded it, and mixing it with the sauce. The objective with this recipe is to cook the chicken (any way you like, poached, baked, grilled, or even rotisserie) until it can be shredded, and then mix the shredded chicken with the creamy sauce. To cook the creamy sauce on the stovetop, we recommend crisping the bacon in a saucepan and then removing it and adding the water and spices. Once the water is simmering, add the cream cheese a bit at a time (slightly softened would probably work best), whisking until it’s incorporated. Cooked this way, you may need to add a splash more liquid (water or broth, if you prefer) to the sauce, because some of the liquid will evaporate off as the cream cheese melts down. Finally, stir in the cooked shredded chicken and shredded cheddar, and serve! If you try it this way, please let us know how it goes!

The batter was very thick and pasty and the resulting bread was very firm and dry, like a really dry biscuit. It did, however, keep its shape well and toasted up evenly golden-brown in a skillet with oil. I thought about trying again with more liquid, but that wouldn’t solve its fatal flaw: the strong, overwhelming coconut flavor. Even chicken and sun-dried tomato pesto could barely cover it up.

Fry up a patty’s work of organic ground turkey, and throw it all together with a sliced avocados and a Tabasco sauce. I could eat this EVERYDAY!! And this recipe just confirms I’ve finally found the right diet for me. I’m weary on our food industry and dairy in particulary, so just eating a ton of bacon, cheese, and sour cream is really not what I’m in to. My diet is a lot more plant based with grass fed meat (expensive but worth it) so I really do appreciate this site for giving me food ideas. Thanks a ton! KetoPower!

Shred the chicken with two forks about 30 minutes before serving, add it back to the crockpot and let it finish up while you prepare the other ingredients. Then you can cook your cauliflower rice however you prefer. I usually do stovetop but there are lots of good steamer bags. Then just add your favorite toppings. Hope that helps!
