    So I was wondering if I am missing something, I get he cycles his carbs doing refeeds 1 to 2 times a week. But I HATE carbback loading because I have to eat a bunch inflammatory, sperm killing, acne causing, diarrhea foods like cherry danishes and pop tarts.
