  • Yesterday I arrived home super late and couldn't be bothered to cook. I suddenly remembered the microwave poached egg trick, and tried it. It worked!!! Sprinkled the egg with salt and peper and added a dash of hot sauce. So quick and yummy. Thanks so muuuuuuch for the tip.

    These meal prep videos are great. I've also tried the chocolate avocado dessert from one of your other videos and Holy Cow: it is delicious!
