  • Hi, I am fascinated by your videos, mainly your 40-day fast one (indeed you are not uneducated about fasting since you clearly survived lol). My 2c is that your close-to-earth diet is good! You do appear to be healthy, but overweight. So my one though is simply this: do you exercise a lot? Meaning any kind of physical activity? Garden work, running, gym, etc? Because at the end of the day, your net weight will not be so much what your diet is (although that is very important), but how many calories you burned. If intake > burned, you will stay fat. If intake < burned, your body will have no choice but to burn the fat as fuel to cover your exercises. Also curious if you use a microwave. You have an awesome channel ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I have anemia. Im glad to see you eating meat because anemia is from lack of the vitamins found in meat, and its a nasty disorder.

  • I blame my anemia on my lack of liking meat. I so the texture of meat. So I try and eat alot of eggs and ground meat mixed with a lot of veggies and beef bone soups liaded with veggies like caldo de res.. hey you should look up the recipe for 'caldo de res.' Its a healthy soup especially when you use alot of soup bones in it.
