  • I just loved his portion size method clip he put out a few years back and I seriously don't know exactly how many calories I take in. I just adjust the portion of my carbs based on how physical my work day was since my construction job can vary quite a bit day to day. I used intermitted fasting with a weekly cheat day keeping track of Protein grams and portion method eyeballing carbs and fat to trim down over eight weeks this past spring and it worked great. I am not sure when but I think I will try Keto as well some day and might even try Brandon's Keto hack program. I may not stay on keto long term but agree with Brandon that the more tools and methods I understand and can use the better in the long run and being in it for the long haul I think Keto will be worth taking the time to try and understand.

  • Just for anyone who wants to take a ketogenic diet:
    It can put you into ketoacidosis which does make you lose weight fast however it also has detrimental effects to your later life causing blindless loss of limbs etc. this is common in the first stages of type 1 diabetes and does harm the person in the long run also if you do take this diet and you stop dieting you'll gain back what you lost because your body is literally dying if you want to lose fat just get a calorie deficit don't go into ketoacidosis
