  • My waist when I was in high school was 26 at 170. I'm 230 right now with a 29 doing pretty good I might add. I know if I bump my meals more and do more Ab training without weights (worst thing possible) plus keep buliding muscle then I could hit 27 and 26 in a few months. Keep talking to them Rick!   • The meal u eat three hours before your workout IS NOT the fuel u use. It takes 8 hours from a meal to metabolize each meal into amino acids that are used. It's dumb logic, u got to stay eating clean and look at your blood sugars.

  • Guys, burn fat does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that program has transformed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Rick question for you, did these types of premature deaths happen in the 70's and 80's? I'm thinking its due to the stronger forms of gear like insulin and just maybe the potency available today that is causing the increase.

  • The no carbs for dinner may be a mistake. Lee priest advises just do more cardio and I found this worked well as long as it was moderate cardio, no high intensity, just add an extra 30 mins even an hour and u can have all the carbs u want within reason…which aids recovery and keeps the mood stable. If I try and go without carbs post workout I turn into an insufferable shit by about 9 pm or I go to sleep too early, wake up about 1 am and then can't get back to sleep.

  • It would be a waste for you not to shed body fat when other typical people are capable to shed weight very easily with Antinobotan Solution (look on google search engine).
