  • So as you can see from the thumbnail, I let myself gain a crap ton of weight (8 month bulk) then in a little over 3 months, cut it all down! This was for the purpose of this one video. Hope you guys enjoy it!

    i go to the gym 5 days a week been doing that for 2 months i also don't eat carbs no brad no rice i eat about 1200 calories a day my body looks ok but still have belly fat and for 2 months i have not seen any change
    what should i do ?

  • I see you eat a lot of broccoli, spinach, high vitamin K vegetables. Unfortunately high vitamin K vegetables, greatly effect my blood thinner medication( warfarin). What vegetables would you suggest I replace them with?

  • My mate lost 15 lbs following this weight loss plan. I had never seen of this before. I actually Googled the “fizy unique plan” right away to discover more about it.
