  • I'm an older woman that power lifts and struggles with body image and I haven't found many social media role models so I want to fill that gap. I would love to create a community of strong rad women regardless of age. Social media is a young person's arena but that can change!

  • PREACH!!!!

  • This was so helpful and inspirational!! Its so true that you have to put in the work to reap the rewards.

  • Yeah! I wish my social media would grow as fast as my muscles grow!! haha! Go follow my instagram: Sienafit

  • i really love how through your recent success with your business you stay true to yourself and stay humble, as well as trying to give helpful advice to others trying to reach certain goals themselves. It seems that a lot of successful people in this industry keep their knowledge and tips/tricks a secret but i can tell you want to relay this information to educate your audience. I'm thanking you on behalf of myself and all the people that have learned SO MUCH through you without even realizing it. You're truly one of the most genuine people I've seen in the fitness industry as well as Youtube/Instagram/Twitter and I appreciate your honesty despite this being a place where you can recieve so much hate and critisizm. Not saying that anyone that is successful and not sharing their journey to success (including ups AND DOWNS) is selfish, but that your true nature seriously does show through the effort you put in to helping people. Thank you Amanda 🙂

  • I enjoyed the video especially the topic. muscle growth is something that everyone thinks about I really enjoyed you making a correlation to social media. Amanda you are great role model for people who have similar passion and goals in life. keep posting great videos

  • I literally will never get tired of hearing you talk. You're always so inspiring and give such good advice- thank you! I am new to this youtube thing and my why is help inspire others to reach towards their goals, both in life and in fitness. Fitness is so much more than just changing the appearance of your body. Fitness has taught me that I can achieve any of my goals if I put in the work, and I want others to also feel that empowerment within themselves. <3

  • some things I've seen is people comparing weights of food, e.g: 30g of PB compared to 60g of PB and how it can be hard to tell the difference. I've also noticed short workout clips get a lot of engagement. I only do them every so often because my phone is rubbish but when I do, it works! 🙂

  • I want to grow my following on both instagram and youtube because not only do I really enjoying making content but I believe my information is fun, easily digestible for beginners and also advanced athletes as snippets of information to be able to remember. P.S I love the topic videos!

  • My why is to share my journey and inspire others. More importantly it's to connect with those in the community who share similar goals and values. This community is one the lifts people up instead of bringing them down, and is accepting of everyone for who they are. It's amazing to be a part of it

  • Love this and youuuu 😊♥️

  • Why are so many people disliking? What happened???

  • Do u think u have to eat when ur not hungry to reach macros? Definitely don't agree with it because listen to your body!

  • I'm doing fitness, and its been hell of hard to get the audience. But I'm not giving up 🏋🏼‍♀️😊

  • My why is to be able to reach as many people as possible with positivity and motivation. Being someone who was bullied and picked on his whole life for being obese I found fitness BD health and changed my life. If I can help just one person to find a better life af more happiness my mission is complete.

  • I'm trying to build an audience and a following to raise awareness for Crohns and Colitis! I was diagnosed ib 2016 so last yr I focused on myself and this yr I'm trying to reach out to as many sufferers, friends and families of sufferers and or just like minded people who want tips and motivation to get or keep feeling better!! Just trying to be my own #wellnesswarrior & inspire others in the process!!

  • Building my brand as an online coach and someday competition coach & #1 showing women & men that self-care is so important and attaining your goals is not unreachable while having a family!!! Never in a million years did I think I would be sharing my fitness journey vlogging my ups and downs and being vulnerable to the world but lo and behold I see that I really have a voice to help people coming from an overweight little girl into my adulthood it was never easy but I believe that sharing is the best way to show people that it is not IMPOSSIBLE .. I may not be the fittest however I'm the realest😙 as I can possibly be. I don't sugar coat it I tell it like it is and I think my honesty is appreciated😁

  • Great video Amanda!! Being someone who doesn't care really about growing my personal accounts, it's interesting to learn what measures people go to to get more followers.

  • This was a very informative and helpful video. Thanks for sharing👍

  • You're the best!

  • i'm getting my why because of you so please, get in Montreal so we can learn from you!

  • luv you so much

  • great video!! you are so knowledgeable!

  • I want to grow my following because it will help me get on the IG "map" and help others that are struggling with fitness and their faith. Not many fitness people are big in their faith and I feel that is equally important as believing in yourself because sometimes yourself, is not enough.

  • I suffer from Endometriosis, and finding fitness and a healthy diet is what actually saved me! I'm only 20, and I was about to have a complete hysterectomy. I decided to do tons of research and found what works for me, and that's an overall happy and HEALTHY lifestyle. I posted a photo on Instagram about 4 months into my journey and was amazed at the amount of people who reached out to me for advice or just to talk with the SAME disease. It was even better to later find out that they took the advice, made their own plans and it worked for them too! It brings me such happiness watching people's transformations and helping to motivate and inspire others.

  • Thank you!!! Love this video!❤️❤️❤️

  • My 'why' is to find customers. I'm not really interested in the numbers, I'm just trying to connect with people in my target audience for my meal prep workshops. It's proving to be harder than I expected. If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it! @ftlofmealprep

  • Great video!

  • I have always wanted to help people and I used to thinking I wanted to help people threw emergency care as an EMT. Though a few years ago I rediscovered my love for health and fitness and learned about flexible dieting and that it is possible to enjoy life while being healthy and reaching your goals! I learned that as women it is okay to be strong and it is okay to be different and it is important to love yourself through all stages of your life! As my trainer did for me I want to grow my follow so I can reach the lives of other people hopefully around the world and help them reach their goals, be more confident and feel proud of who they are!! 🙂

  • I've been bodybuilding/lifting since high school, became a personal trainer at 18 and stopped when I had my first daughter. I now have two daughters and I'm almost 33. I'm still so passionate about fitness, currently training for 2018 competition (still undecided on a date). I started my YouTube channel with going the fitness route because it's what I THOUGHT I should do. I've recently taken a different direction with my channel. "Mom on a Mission" is my passion. Being a mom and balancing life in business, fitness, staying healthy, and rocking as a wife and momma is my ultimate goal and I decided THAT is what my channel will reflect. My hope is to inspire other moms who try to balance it all.

P.S. your content rocks Amanda! Thank you for your inspiration!

  • My fiance is a genetic freak – puts on muscle easily and stays super lean. I, on the other hand, weigh and measure everything, have serious cardio sessions, lift 5 days per week, and am hitting a plateau. I'm fine, it's fine.

  • Amanda's channel is very awesome, that being said, I'm a Certified Fitness Trainer, if any AB fans have any interest in a free weight loss guide and template, you can download it on my site here: – have fun

  • Fav video by you!!! Really unique content and so true!!! Loveeee you girl– keep doing you!!!!

  • Great video Amanda! I love the correlation to muscle building. You're the best💕!!!
