  • Why not legumes? They have great nutrients. You may have a food allergy which there's a blood test for that. Sorry you have issues with them. Thanks for sharing your foods. I've found that inflammatory process for me also comes from foods that are from animals fed from feed or ground that have been fed foods with hormones even organic cows & chickens. Thus, their byproducts.

  • Glad you did this video, really love how your applying minimalism to your diet and keeping it healthy. Seems much more simple, cost effective and better choices. I'd like to see a weeks meal plan, maybe include groceries for the week you buy? Really would like to see your actual meals to that you make. I'm trying hard to get us to eat better and live more simply, this would be a great start!

  • You should check out Dr Bert Herrings book "AC: the power of Appetite Correction". I'd really be curious you testing his method out of intermittent fasting.
