If your just trying to show what you made I don't see how the rest is necessary. Just saying, the food options look tasty and a recipe style video would be nice!

  • Cooking wine is salted bad wine. More healthy to just buy Vermouth or a cheap but drinkable dry red wine (freeze what you don't use in ice cube trays, or serve it with dinner.)

  • Carrots and fruit make for a higher carb diet. Cut those items out of your diet when you're going for low carb.

  • stop buying conventional meats. I noticed when I started buying organic grass fed meats it had zero smell.. that smell comes from the antibiotics and hormones they use to fatten the animals up.

  • All vegetables are still carbs, they're just nutrient dense carbs. Just like potatoes and fruit. But you're still eating carbs.

  • I dont think she understands what counts as carbs. If you do indulge in some carb treats atleast have them low glycemic. And while its great to reuse things you're better off using glass jars. Disposable plastic packaging is used BC its cheap and reuse leads to chemicals seeping into the newly stored food.
