  • Cory, I've been doing a LCHF (about 40 net carbs a day). I mix it in with a 16 hour fast each day. That coupled with exercise and sleep, the weight falls off. Fortunately, for me, eating wheat causes inflammation and bloating, so I don't really have a desire to eat it. But if I want to carb up a bit I'll have some add sweet potato or something.

  • 36 hour fast is a little too extreme for a average Joe to keep in check. I think 16 to 20 hour fast with some sort of lowcarb  plan would be perfect for a most people.

  • low carb + fast (would be scary for muscle loss) because your glycogen would have been to low -> I have done up to 46 hrs without muscle loss cory. 
    But I usually have a fear working out fasted past the 24 hr mark. 

  • 0.56 depending on how much muscle you have in your muscles. lol

  • Ok, i need some advice. Ive been watching your videos for a while now, and in trying to be low carb, but im struggling. Low carb diets rely heavily on meat, which i dont eat. Im laco-evo vegetarian, and i eat lots of eggs, beans have a lot of carbs and cheese and nuts has a lot of calories! I eat a lot of 0% fat greek yogurt and eggs and veggies by the pound- literally, but still not satisfied… Any advice?
