Bread, bread, bread…isn’t it the one true thing all those low carb lifestylers miss? Well, your misery can be a thing of the past with this Low Carb Easy Bread. This Low Carb Easy Bread, in addition to my other Low CarB Bread recipe linked above, is everything you need to satisfy that craving for bread.
This Low Carb Easy Bread is called this because, well, it is REALLY easy to make, is gluten free and grain free and is of course, a low carb bread too! All this low carb keto bread requires is throwing in a bunch of low carb ingredients into a food processor (or using a hand blender if you don’t have a food processor) and then pouring it into a loaf tin / bread tin. That is it! No fancy steps, no separating egg whites, no crazy techniques. It is a low carb loaf you simply have no excuse not to try!
This low carb keto bread (or Keto bread if you wish) is a fantastic bread substitute. I like to slice up this healthy low carb bread, put it in a zip-lock bag and store it in the freezer. This low carb bread substitute could also be kept in the fridge. I also prefer to make a number of this Low Carb Easy Bread in the oven, and store them in the freezer so I have a seemingly endless supply of low carb bread.
This Low Carb Bread is unique in that it uses both coconut flour and almond flour (you usually find low car bread or keto bread recipes using one or the other). I find the combination of the two balance each other out perfectly, resulting in the best low carb bread you find out there. This bread substitute is incredibly moist and works really well with both savory and sweet toppings. In fact, I love to just much on it plain, nothing on top…it is that yummy!

6 Large Eggs
2/3 cup Almond Flour or Almond Meal (63g / 2.22oz);
1/3 cup Coconut Flour (37g / 1.3oz)
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted) (1 stick / 115g / 4 oz)
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (45ml / 45g / 1.59oz)
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder (30g / oz)
1 teaspoon Salt (5g / 0.18oz)
Loaf Tin: 9.5” x 5.5” (24cm x 14cm) top dimensions, 8” x 4”(20cm x 10cm) base dimensions and 3” (7.5cm) deep
Mix eggs in a food processor (or with hand blender).Add all other ingredients and mix again. Add to a greased loaf tin & bake in pre-heated oven at 350F / 180C for 40minutes until crust is golden brown. Let cool on a rack, slice and enjoy!
