    DO you have a list of meals? What did you do at the beggining? sorry about my english!

  • It is really weird but I have always been a very healthy eater. I might have some chips here and there but 90% of the time I ate really well, I was a vegan for a few years and gained so so so much weight from so called healthy carbs like brown rice, sweet potato, peppers and quinoa. This idea that obese people are only eating mcdonalds, coke or subs and chips drives me crazy because I was so healthy, or so I thought. Now that I am eating more fat and protein I am FINALLY losing weight. I see skinny people at the grocery store with their carts full of pure crap and sugar yet they are skinny so not considered "unhealthy". It is infuriating!! My point is stop judging people as being fat because they eat crap. Not all overweight people are eating mcdonalds!

  • Great videos! Thanks for taking the time to make them :). I am in week 3 and have lost around 11 pounds so far. I took 3 weeks to just adjust to eating this way and didn't really count my macros, I just cut out grain carbs. This week I started counting my macros and I am doing really well! I know I have lost much more inches than weight on the scale so I am so happy about that. I also love love love the fact that I am not hungry all the time and can go hours without eating! This is the only thing that has worked for me. You guys both look fantastic 🙂

  • I just wish I didn't have to commit the rest of my life to eating low carb 🙁
    I can handle it but I always end up binging after a few days. I'm at a cross between low carb diet and just going vegan. I feel like I have more options with going high carb low fat vegan.

  • I've been doing low carb for 3 mths, and have lost 14lbs. I would like to lose another 7lb. I would like to have red wine, but thought that it was too high in carbs? Debbie, UK

  • Thankyou for the great info you look fantastic I have just begun low carb so I'm still navigating . I always like to take time out of my day to have a coffee and I've been looking at carb count of maybe having a small yogurt or a piece of cheese with coffee rather than a bikky or chocolate.

  • You may have saved my life! I just discovered you on YouTube as I lay here semi comatose from starch and sugar overload. I literally can hardly move. I've been on a high starch vegetarian diet for about 6 months and am at my highest weight ever and look about 10 months pregnant 😢I loved this video snd have looked through the list of your videos and your recipes look amazing. I've also followed you on Facebook and Twitter. I hope I can have results like yours but it will take a while. I'm much older than you are and need to lose twice as much weight.   • I was doing a water fast, lost mad weight but the headaches were too much. Now I'm doing a calorie restricted low carb diet and hope this will be more sustainable.

  • I found you! So lucky! I live in Sweden and I started to eat LCHF since November 2016. Im still learning but I feel great. My question is how do you know how much food you have to eat? No counting calories right? But Im scared that Im eating too much? Please help me 🙂 And you look amazing!

  • You and your sister make a great team! And, speaking as a person with a medical reason for low carbing (diabetes), I thank you SO much for all the recipes and inspiration you provide. I am living proof that eating low carb can truly help with this disease…I was able to discontinue my insulin…unfortunately, though, I still take oral medication, but I'm still very grateful! By the way, you were just as beautiful at either weight : )

  • Hi Kat from the UK. I recently found your blog and it's amazing. The comment you made about low carb and health issues really is true. Without boring you I have several serious health thingys going on which until now I put down to my body just being knackered(excuse the language) however it now looks like some issues may be triggered by food and the way I eat which to be honest was the standard everywhere in the world diet of stuff your self with crap diet. I am now changing how and what I eat to encompass a low carb lifestyle to take the pressure of my body and give it a fighting chance to heal. The really good thing about what you do and why I wanted to compliment you is the passion you show to help us all get healthier whilst still being able to eat great food. In effect low carb is about conning your brain to believe it's still getting the crap when in effect the healthy food is being sneaked in and your recipes help to show what is actually possible so many thanks. Keep up the great work, you and your hubby are great advocates and show what can be done so keep on cooking Kat…..Tony from the UK
