  • @braidworks I'd say yes. There is some debate about the healtheness of it, but IMO it really depends on it's form and the amount. A moderate amount in an unprocessed form is what the native okinawan elders eat (the longest lived in the world)
    However, processed versions of soy/tofu, like any processed forms, are not good in my opinion. Hope this helps!

  • Soy is worse than flour. Use coconut flour. It's better than both.

  • I love this recipe the only problem I have is making enough of any low carb dinner I make for left overs for lunch for both me and my hubby.

  • Or use neither. If your serious about getting healthy don't use tequila or eat real or fake tortillas.

  • What the hell is this? SOY bread? Chicken Quesadillas with as much cheese as you want? A crap load of poisonous sugar substitute in the bread and unhealthy processed cheesecake? Not to mention in that sad excuse of a drink? I do not want to be on your diet where you can eat all that disgusting red meat, cheese, alcohol and oh I forgot..diet tang? wtf. Oh and sour cream??? Lastly this guy is fat and overweight doesn't even look healthy. Europeans must be laughing at us. Like some creepy Low Carb Atkins Zombie good lord.
