  • I used to make Arnolds Austrian shakes that he made back then. That today would be unhealthy as far as the egg yolks, and the threat of salmonella.

  • I know a healthy pancake recipe, 2 eggs, 1/3 cups of oats, and 1 banana and it tastes amazing. You can blend it in a blender to make the oats into a powder texture. Sometimes I like to put strawberries on mine before I eat it because they taste amazing together.
    Go to a channel called: AlishaMarie and look at her breakfast video and she will give you a step by step tutorial on how to make them.

  • He makes no indication as to whether that's instant oatmeal or not. He just throws it all in a bowl. Does he pour boiling water on top of it does he cook the oatmeal first.

  • You need to cook oatmeal in water!!! It needs to be puffed up to digest. Not cooking it in water means it needs to pull water out of your system and will cause constipation.

  • Hello, have you considered this kind of diet plan known as the Fenoboci Diet Plan? My cooworker says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also heard many excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I literally have been eating oatmeal/blueberry/almonds for breakfast for the longest time. However, I also eat it with 2-4 eggs and big tuna. Its a decent sized breakfast

  • Outstanding,Presentation. One detail disagreement, you say the walnuts provide healthy fat. The body always prefers to metabolize either Unrefined Carbohydrates or Healthy Fat Containing Foods, however, not combined at the same meal or snack. Insulin production from Unrefined Carb. Consumption always forces triglycerides in the blood into fat cell storage. Fat delivering foods never belong with unrefined starches, like oatmeal, or fruits or melons. Everyone please buy Steel Cut Oats, , they enter the blood the slowest, resultant in maximum fat loss. Respect to you, your overall fast breakfast recommendation is superb.
