  • Looking good Andrea. I'm pretty sure this is the slimest I've seen you look (in the 1.5 years I've been watching your channel). We weigh almost the same. So glad you've got something that works for you. I feel like I'm battling the impossible. All I seem to be able to lose is a few kgs then that's it!!!! So frustrating but my medication and insulin resistance I'm really not sure what to do/try next.

  • I'm gonna have t to start weighing myself in kgs and not cover it! that number looks much nicer! You might not be seeing the numbers you want but I tell you the truth Andrea you look A Maze ING! the difference in your shape/size is tremendous. I always learned that if you only eat one or two meals a day you would gain instead of loose because your body goes into starvation mode and hold all the bad fat. wouldn't fasting off and on do that?? You certainly know more than I so I was curious if you knew.?

  • Hi – do you count calories at all? I decided to do low-carb, as I have thyroid/auto-immune issues and think it may help with inflammation and help my general well being. Any thoughts if there could be a link between auto-immune/thyroid issues and a high-carb diet? I have hashimoto's and am being treated with Synthroid. Thanks…love your videos!

  • I am a little confused because I've also follow the ketogenic diet and to my knowledge no dairy is allowed except hard cheese that means no milk no butter no cream coffee creamer is nothing like that so I was a bit confused as to where you got your information from.

  • Guys, build muscle doesn't need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

  • Healthy alternative butters. Butter is just pure fat to me. Like you I'm short and at this time 256lbs. So high fatty creams & butters are a no-no. LOL
