As my wife prepares to join me on the ketogenic lifestyle, its time to restock. I take you along as I show her some of my top High Fat, Low Carb foods.

  • I loved Keto when I tried several years ago. But it was paleo/real food keto. I made my own dressings, ate only organic pastured cheese and butter and tried to stick to grass-fed beef. Plus backyard eggs.

  • This isn't keto, you're eating way too much protein which taxes your liver, not to mention processed sausages are not natural or healthy. A proper ketogenic diet is low in carbs, mid to low protein and high in fat. For those new to the diet, this is a fail, don't follow this and seriously what's up with the pepsi. It's frustrating to see people thinking they're doing something beneficial for their body when in truth they lack understanding of the diet and use it as an excuse to eat as much processed meat and cheese as possible. A side of canned green beans and broccoli isn't going to do much for you vitamin-wise. Seriously, I don't know what diet this is, but it isn't a healthy one.

  • I`ve truly followed the “fizy unique plan” for two weeks and i also have dropped 13 lbs by now. It is undoubtedly the easiest diet to follow I have ever attempted. Know more about the “fizy unique plan” just by searching it on Google.

  • Your shopping cart is loaded with processed foods and very little fruits/vegetables. I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that this is a healthy diet.

  • I eat a shit ton of avacados and nuts to get my fats. Then I get high fat cuts a meat and butter all of my veggies.

  • Be careful of the grain fillers in such things as Mayo..Salad dressings. Make dressings at home. Frozen and fresh veggies are much much better. Not the sodium intake. Pink salt much better, too. And watch for Shredded cheeses!! To many awful fillers. Shred your own for cooking.
