  • As a food scientist and chemical engineer, what are your thoughts on the quality of food in America? GMO, farm raised fish, grass fed vs. grain fed animals, etc? I do appreciate the vision content as well. The question just came to mind when you stated your careers/educational background. You being someone who is an advocate for health, I just want to know your thoughts behind it since you probably have seen the stuff the government doesn't want the general public to see/know.

  • I love your video! I've seen amazing result in the last 3 weeks just by putting in practice what you teach us in your video on how to calculate our macros. I've lost 10 pounds, nearly 2 " of my waist, I'm never hungry and I feel like have have more energy than before.

    I do have a question: do I have to hit my macros perfectly or is there a range that I can consider it a success? I never hit my macros since I love to cook with natural ingredients but i'm always within 10g of my goal.
