  • +Michael Sealey, when I listen, I often get extremely restless and cannot stay still and relax. I have a constant desire to toss and turn. Do you have any suggestions (no pun intended) on how to overcome this?

  • This channel's videos has been helping me sleep for the past month. Work has been stressful to say the least and winding down has become more and more difficult. Things that have helped me with stress : Surprisingly hypnosis and meditation videos, mindful eating, lavender oil in my bath (and other aroma therapy oils), regular jogging, weight lifting at least 3 times per week, and healthy eating (no added sugar and limiting lactose intake), staying hydrated, getting at least more than 6 hours of sleep per night and facing my underlying feelings and problems then dealing with them so that way, I don't have to over eat and suppress what is going on. Remember that when you have less stress in your life, you are more likely to shed those extra pounds that your body is clinging to. Mental health plays a huge role in weight loss.

  • l have put this on every night for the past two weeks. I always "fall asleep" before I get to the bottom of the staircase. However, my grazing is minimal, and I am more aware of what I eating. Thank you

  • thank you Michael Sealey, I have been listening for a while now (2 months), this and other of your videos, and they have helped me to reach my goal weight, those last rebel last pounds, not feeling hungry but eating healthier choices, and also has helped me with anxiety (which is what made me overeat in the past). I feel good with my body I practice yoga regularly and I feel more relax throughout the day. One of the most difficult parts is that i am maintaining the healthy weight.
