This is truly how I motivated myself today. The weight seems unattainable but only in my head. When we see it in our face, it becomes more real. You have lost weight before, you can do it again. Find what motivates you and put a symbol of it on the fridge. This will remind you to make healthy choices. We really do not have that far to go. We can lose this weight THIS year and reclaim our lives. We can do this!
