  • Yessss I have been on lchf since 2014 and I have lost 130 lbs and I did fasting as well and I wouldn't eat until 12 noon but the only thing I would have in the a.m is my bpc.

  • i used to weight 320 lbs at 16 i was waist size 50 , i tried different diets and i,ve always reduced my calories but i could never maintain my weight down for a long period of time until i started to a exercise 3 things will help you achieve your weight loss goal 1)calorie intake control, 2) cardio 3) interval training . this last one its insane but i assure you that if you lower your calories and do interval training you will not just lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, you will never gain that fat again because all you burn its fat and not muscle tissue. in 6 months i lost 120 lbs and i have never gain a single pound again in 8 years. insanity work out its one of the interval training programs that helped me reach my goal. amazing results

  • I am a breakfast person not a dinner person, I'm trying the scheduled eating but I have to eat breakfast and skip dinners. I wake up at 4am everyday so breakfast is important for me. In the afternoon Im not so hungry and I sleep at 8pm so it's perfect.

  • Great video = inspiring !    You mentioned that you have a "wine habit".  Did you have a glass of wine everynight?  Does this interfere with weight loss?  I guess not, especially if you keep within your calorie count?

  • Another great method of weight loss is Apple Cider Vinegar, "With The Mother." But drinking a lot of water before each meal eating the same thing just less, and will trick your brain to make it think you're full, and you can lose weight without exercising. But this video with her talking i good, but the dislikes on this video comes from people who wanted to see photo results of her weight loss journey, but the information she's sharing is great. Sometimes people watch YouTube videos on how to lose weight without exercising, and the information they see are things they already know and will keep watching videos but never take the time to follow through for results.

  • Great job! I was just thinking staying normal weight is all really about staying active. I was always normal weight when I worked but I always ate healthy meat, fruits, veggies. But I walked an insane amount maybe 6 hours a day just by virtue of what I did and where I lived. I could indulge in whatever I wanted happy hour, occasional Big Mac, chocolate. But now that I took time off after I gave birth and I started eating more cake that I bake I was shocked. The pounds increased. So I increased my activity and took out all sweets. Now I'm back to almost normal 5 pounds left. It's really input has to = output. I can't keep up with all the stuff you're supposed to do. I started lacking activity so I just increased it to get back to normal. But good for you!
