    Would you consider making a video or article that gives your thoughts for hitting your keto fat macros/goals? I'm no stranger to keto eating, but I constantly struggle with hitting my calorie goals through fats that aren't simply handfuls of nuts (which adds carbs) or butter/coconut oil by the spoon! You've said before you eat 3000cal a day, and I'm curious how you manage? Thanks!
