GIVE IT 100 Day 100 Low carb Exercise 45 lbs lost (weight loss motivation)

I’m doing the 100 day challenge. I quit smoking, started working out and eating low carb and lost 45 lbs. i’ve turned it into a 365 day Challenge and I’m hoping to inspire other people. Here’s the link if anyone else wants to join and follow along together 🙂
