  • Hi Rachel, i m new here n just watched the first video of yr channel. I m not so good in diet stuff, but i stil think tat we need to take some carbs. I know tat carbs is not good but taking it in a low moderate portion cant be harmful. Having a meal a day with carbs in it eg. having a plate of rice for lunch with yr beef stir fried is absolutely awesome. Having too less carbs will only decrease yr energy level and wont help in yr workout. I think tat u can burn off all d calories of d rice u ate by having a slow run for 30 mins each day if u eat it daily. I do know tat nuts are high in protein and healthy fat, but cant we reduce some of the nuts n chg it to carbs so that our body can hv a low but healthy sugar level while stil maintaining our fitness level.
