    Breakfast: 1 fried egg, no butter, no oil. Just some salt and black pepper.

    Lunch: nothing

    Dinner: 1 cup of egg whites, 1 cup of spinach, 2 sardines (canned)

    is that less than 20 grams of carbs?

    Also all I drink is Water and Tea. I use less than a serving of cheese for calcium in my eggs.

  • I just started a low carb diet this Tuesday. I haven't been too strict on it I've been drinking soda here and there and eating certain foods I know I shouldn't but I've also ate good meat and drank more water. And I must say it help because I weighed myself and I haven't gone up and I've lost at least .2 and that's considering the fact that I haven't been strict with the diet. Keep pushing girl !

  • Soda and Starbucks have too much sugar and fat in their drinks……………
    Food should not be bad for you…… processed food has too much fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, tweet, call or text. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.
    Do something — make a difference

  • Riding a bike is fun and good exercise………walking, bicycles, mass transit and electric vehicles will all be part of making cities livable. Ride to school………ride to work………ride for fun………..
    Bike to work day should be everyday….. employers needs to provide places to park and lock bicycles and encourage employees to ride a bicycle to work. Children should be riding a bike to school instead of being dropped off by their parents. Cities need to do more to provide safe walking and biking trails and paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Speak up and ask for more bicycle paths in your community. Obesity is a growing problem around the world leading to an increase in heart disease, cancer and high blood pressure. Walking and biking can help improve health. Buy a child a bicycle……your son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild or donate one to a local charity as a fund raiser giveaway. You will change a life…………

  • 8 pounds in two weeks , that's can't be fat loss , most of the weight you lost was water weight , and glycogen . Once you cut carbs your body starts flushing out water ..

  • you are so correct on this! I went to Dr. I was 164. I said oh he'll no! I drive a truck so my diet was horrible! Donuts, candy, chips, soda etc. 6 weeks now 147. No bread, donuts, candy, soda. I eat only meat, cheese, almond milk! I do eat honey nut cheerios for bf with almond milk and love My fitness pal too. I do take phentermine prescribed, low dose once a day. I drive a truck so I don't have time to exercise. I smell out 3 to 6 weeks. I ran out of meds and still was losing weight. I dont drink enough water although I told doctor listen I can't drink 64 Oz water a day. I can't stop driving evert hour. lol. I drink 2 cups coffee. 2 bottles of water. I drink 1 bottle of sparkling drink with no sugar. I lost more fat than water weight my 1st 4 weeks. Glad I seen your video, keep it up girl. I need to sleep drove 600 miles and hubby's shift. Tina

  • Sometimes when I don't get the great regular bowels I would drink apple cider vinegar (2tbs) with 1 tbs of lemon in 1 cup of water. It helped me; I'd recommend it but not drink it all the time, just when needed lol
