Day 75: Low Carb Keto Lifestyle Update

Day 75 of my journey to get healthy and loose weight. I had another really good day. I managed to get my 10 minute exercises spurts in throughout the day. It was the last day of my cooking, get healthy class so we got our final gift item.

Also, I started using MyFitnessPal to track the food I eat daily to make sure I am getting the right amounts of fat, protein and carbs. This can help if your weight loss stalls.
