Day 1 & 2 Low carb diet Full Day of eating

Day 1-3: Body weight x 1.5-2 = Protein intake
50g of carbs
50-70g fat

Day 4: Body weight x 1-1.5 = protein intake
100-150g of carbs
40-60g fat

***keep in mind that is what I’m doing to start off and thought each week ill see what adjustments i need to make and how I’m also feeling physically wise. ***

This is the first 2 days of the low carb diet…showing you everything i ate and a little bit of my day.. ENJOY! Let me know what you think and as always this is just the beginning so obviously it aint perfect. STAY POSITIVE AND HUMBLE ALWAYS!…
