  • Thanks for the great video. I was thinking that instead of "twice" cooking the ground turkey. . . Why not prepare the raw turkey with all it's seasonings and sauce first (including cheese), then place that inside the prepared peppers. Then place your stuffed peppers in the oven. not only will this save time but the turkey will turn out less mealy but with loads of flavorful juice.
