It’s been just over a year of me following a high fat, low carb diet and there have been a lot of good changes in my body and my health which I want to share with you today. Thanks for watching!

    Riding a bike is fun and good exercise………walking, bicycles and mass transit will all be part of making cities livable.
    Ride to school………ride to work………ride for fun………..
    Bike to work day should be everyday….. employers needs to provide places to park and lock bicycles and encourage employees to ride a bicycle to work. Children should be riding a bike to school instead of being dropped off by their parents. Cities need to do more to provide safe walking and biking trails and paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Speak up and ask for more bicycle paths in your community. Obesity is a growing problem around the world leading to an increase in heart disease, cancer and high blood pressure. Walking and biking can help improve health.

  • Soda and Starbucks have too much sugar and fat in their drinks……………
    Food should not be bad for you…… processed food has too much fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, tweet, call or text. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.
    Do something — make a difference

  • I enjoy watching these videos. YOUR lifestyle of living of the land isn't something I can do as I get older. Years ago I did live like this as, looking back I think I'd have a better mindset of living simpler with what I can do with my own hands verses buying a simple lifestyle.

  • Slow and consistent wins the race……. don't expect too much weight loss too fast…………
    Diets and fasting are short term fixes……life style changes like eating healthy and regular exercise work for the long term….
    Exercise…… get off the couch…. get outside……. do something……ride a bicycle or go for a walk. Some cities and states encourage bikes………. they provide safe walking and biking lanes and trails. Cities also should encourage businesses and apartments to provide safe places to lock or store a bicycle. Encourage your elected officials to do more. Speak up.. become an advocate for bicycle use in your city.

  • i love your info i am feeling the same with this diet i sometime eat a pice of cake and it is not what i crave anymore but fruit i try to have just one a day and most i do fat i love the fact that i don't have any craving anymore i love wine and this is my flat that i have it sometime but my body can handle it in small doses

  • Great video, I'm doing Intermittent Fasting using the Leangains 16:8 plus the low carb eating regime and I've seen brilliant results, no more sugar cravings, I used to consume chocolate daily, no more, my weight has dropped, I have way more energy and my sugar levels are normal, I will never go back to my old eating habits again

  • Cardio needs to be part of your everyday life style to live a healthy life……one easy way to introduce cardio is to ride a bicycle.   • Don't over do the nuts, avocados, MCT oil or other fats………you can eat all the salads you want……..load up on vegetables….High (good quality) fat does not mean go crazy with fat…………it still means no Trans fats………..

  • I've been over a year, and it's the only way to go. Have experienced all of what you are saying. The clarity of mind and and leveling of moods is what I really love the most.

  • I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

  • This is very interesting. I'm wondering about diabetes reversal. Many are saying too much fat tapping the cells is the big problem. I'm using a cronometer and eat vegan. I see if I eat low fat, I'll be missing some nutrition. I wish information was clearer about this.

  • Thank you for your video, I understood every word you said with out any trouble, you have a pleasant accent. You mentioned a range of fats you eat, how do you use them? Do you just cook in them, pour it over vegetables or add them to drinks? I have butter with my coffee or cocoa.

  • Google the diet program “fizy unique plan”, for me, it is the best plan I have tested out and attained excellent results. I first found out about it via my close friends and I can`t believe how much it has improved my entire life. I have dropped 12 pounds so far and I feel wonderful.

  • How much protein do you eat? I have been doing a ketogenic diet and have become more afraid of protein eating like 50-70 grams. Im thinking I need more than that as a male that weights 185lbs
