On your trip to Japan, do and eat all you want, take advantage of your trip, but really not to worry much, the japanese eat very healthful food, things are mostly boiled, compared to chinese food, which is mostly fried.   • Congratulations sweetheart! That is wonderful. I'm so happy for you in your keto weight loss journey. It's very interesting because the types of dairy which you said you don't do well with are the same ones I don't do well with either. The sour cream, mascarpone, cream cheese, and heavy cream. I stay away from eating those. They are heavily processed (homogenized) and don't make me feel as good. But, butter, cheese, especially goat cheese, and milk I do fine with.

  • I also increased my carbs to 35-45 gram of total carbs daily after becoming fat adapted. I am very active and go to the gym 5-6 times a week. I wasn't feeling well and adding more carbohydrates helped a lot. I basically added more vegetables. I watched a YouTube video by Jeff Volek Ph.D where he said most people can remain in ketosis if their total carbohydrates are less than 50. It did not hinder my weight loss. For some very carb intolerant, this might not work. Keep us posted. I loved your "bottom" story. Congratulations. How much have lost in your waistline? You look amazing. What a difference

  • I had been Keto for about three months and just didn't feel right. My carbs were under 25/day but just didn't feel very well. I was still tired and almost felt like I was going to have a heart attack! I upped my carbs and felt WAY better. So now, I have been doing "Keto" meals and then once a day I will have more of a "Carb" meal and I have been feeling amazingly better and have lost more weight doing it this way. I find it important to keep Carbs and fats separated. It's been great!

  • i starting to low carb diet..but its hard bcause in indonesia we get used to eat rice almosts 3 time meal of day..😨
    but i try to eat brown rice and cut off the portion..and eat only lunch meal….

  • I personally like to give myself a "carb day" once a month and by carb day I mean just at dinner and it will be something like…a good burger…or including rice and naan bread with my curry. I have no desire to be in ketosis. I don't see.the sense in it for myself as I do have a major insulin resistance problem and an endocrinologist that I saw told me to.make the necessary diet changes but that (he told told point blank) I also had to eat for enjoyment and to forget dieting because I will have this problem for the rest of my life. So, luckily…I enjoy fats and meats and vegetables and so on. I do love fruit but I have been able to give it up so that's good. Everyday, except for one day of the month at dinner time…I have some bad carbs…and I kinda.feel bad about it but.then I come to my senses and remember that it's just one meal out of the month…so this has been an effective way to me to stop myself from binging or always craving carbs…because I know that in a month I can eat bad carbs.Sorry for the long message just felt like sharing I LOVE your videos. its makes me feel like I have support.None, of my friends or family eat this way because they all.think its crazy, I on the other hand am.feeling all the benefits of this high fat low carb lifestyle: )
