  • Excellent video Ryan! I've definitely experienced the headaches from low carb on some days. Lately I've been feeling dehydrated at work despite drinking lots of fluids. Wouldn't just say taking a bit of salt solve my problem?

    Additionally, I'm entering the 100g carbs range now on my diet. I've been doing 10-20 minutes of cardio 4x a week but weightloss progress has been slow. I'm wondering whether I'd be better off just reducing calories, since I have a sedentary job. I feel the amount of cardio I'd need (despite strength/bodybuilding training 4x a week) would probably more than I'm willing to do!
