Larry and Kay Lynne Diamond were both obese and in ill health when a family health tragedy prompted them to question everything health related. They both had their health restored and lives transformed for the better by adopting a real food low carb healthy fat (LCHF) way of eating. At the time their recently adopted daughter was only two. Larry who had a science background as an environmental scientist decided to apply himself to health and nutrition with a wholly open-mind and evolutionary perspective.
The only thing that made sense to Larry: conventional nutrition advice most likely had to be wrong, especially over the last 50 years, as chronic preventable conditions have become commonplace. Larry quickly found the science and logic of LCHF and the metabolic theory of obesity. As he loved many of the mainstay foods of LCHF and understood the science behind LCHF, he adopted LCHF as his way of eating to great success.
Seven months later Kay Lynne, joined him. Larry ended up losing 125 lbs, Kay Lynne 70 lbs. They also each resolved numerous lifelong health issues. Their daughter has also thrived on real food LCHF going from the 3rd percentile in height to the 25th percentile.
The Diamonds’ life passion has become helping others restore their health with LCHF with a particular interest in helping working families transition to real food LCHF to prevent family health tragedies and to help families thrive.
Larry is also particularly interested in the environmental aspects of food production and Kay Lynne with how central food is to child development and children succeeding in their development and educational attainment.
Larry and Kay Lynne have lived the transformation that happens when you use ancestral inspired eating and living. They believe healing and thriving happen through the wisdom of the body and that ancestrally aligned eating unlocks our innate healing ability.
Their goal is to help others have the best scientific information on nutrition that has a firm basis in evolution, anthropology, and cultural culinary traditions. This is The information they used to change the course of their lives and the life of their daughter.
